مدة تجهيز الطلبات

يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل، وذلك بدءًا من تأكيد العنوان مع العميل.
يُقصد بـ"أيام العمل" الأيام من الأحد إلى الخميس، ولا تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع (الجمعة والسبت) أو العطل الرسمية.
يتم التواصل مع العميل لتأكيد العنوان قبل البدء بتجهيز الطلب لضمان دقة وسرعة التوصيل.

الشحن والتوصيل

بعد الانتهاء من تجهيز الطلب، يتم شحنه للعميل عن طريق إحدى شركات الشحن المتعاقد معها.
مدة التوصيل تعتمد على شركة الشحن وموقع العميل، وقد تختلف من منطقة لأخرى.
التوصيل متاح داخل مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية فقط، ولا نقدم حاليًا خدمة الشحن الدولي.

 الطلبات المسبقة (Pre-orders)

الطلبات المسبقة يتم شحنها فور صدور اللعبة رسميًا من الشركة الناشرة.
قد يحدث تأخير في الشحن في بعض الحالات بسبب عدم استلام المنتجات في الوقت المحدد من الشركة المنتجة، أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا.
سنقوم بإبلاغ العميل بأي تحديثات تتعلق بالطلب المسبق.

 ملاحظات هامة

جميع المدد المذكورة هي تقديرية وقد تتأثر بالظروف اللوجستية أو أوقات الضغط العالي.
يرجى التأكد من صحة بيانات الشحن عند الطلب لتفادي أي تأخير غير متوقع.

At ZGAMES, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Below is our shipping and delivery policy to help you understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days after the shipping address has been confirmed with the customer.
Business days are Sunday to Thursday, and do not include weekends (Friday and Saturday) or official holidays.
We contact customers to confirm their shipping address before starting the processing stage to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Once the order is processed, it will be shipped via one of our partnered shipping companies.
Delivery time depends on the shipping company and the customer's location, and may vary by region.
Delivery is available within Saudi Arabia only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

3. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are shipped as soon as the game is officially released by the publisher.
In some cases, delays may occur due to late arrivals from the game publisher or other circumstances beyond our control.
We will keep customers informed of any updates regarding their pre-order status.

4. Important Notes

All mentioned timeframes are estimates and may be affected by logistical challenges or peak seasons.
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order to avoid unnecessary delays.
